Facilities for people with special needs

Newcastle Central NHS Walk-in Centre has wheelchair access throughout. Facilities are available for the deaf and the Centre can also provide translation services if required.

Confidentiality and access to records

Newcastle Central NHS Walk-in Centre is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and follows all statutory requirements regarding confidentiality, including the appropriate guidelines for information security.

You have a right to access information we hold about you. To apply for access to your information you should contact the centre manager on 0191 233 3760.
